Print or email your invoices as you normally do, and your logo will now be displayed. Click on "Create Invoices in the Customer Center" and make sure the name of the template you just changed is showing in the Template box in the upper right corner of the invoice. Aside from the file types, there are other factors that youl want to consider when uploading a logo. The following file types are the recommended ones when uploading logos. Once you are happy with your changes, click "OK" on the Basic Customization screen. We can only add the PDF file type as attachments in QuickBooks Online. If you are not satisfied, click on the "Layout Designer" button again and make any additional changes you would like. In the Design tab, click on Make logo edits. Click on the Edit link for the invoice template. The logo will now appear on your invoice template in the Layout Designer screen.
